Under the Arches at Chenies

Under the Arches. At Chenies Manor in late May, so much lush growth beckons the way through the archway of sweet smelling Clematis Montana Grandiflora and varieties of vine leaves and architectural Angelica. I wanted to do justice to the shapes and textures of this peaceful walkway. The path draws one into the haven of freshness for a real sense of wellbeing whatever the weather.
It was also shortlisted in the International Garden Photographer of the Year in 2014. IGPOTY
